PLEASE READ
We are going to sell reserved tickets online for the first time and here is how:
Please read carefully:
1 - Choose your ticket PRICE : Main Floor/Balcony First Row or Balcony, second row back (sometimes
a VIP is offered).
2 - Choose the corresponding PayPal button, click on it and continue in PayPal to purchase the
number of tickets you desire. NOTE: If you purchase tickets on line or over the phone, there is a
$3.00 one time fee per transaction for this convenience.
3 - Print out your PayPal receipt for your records.
4 - When PayPal sends me notification of your purchase, I will email you, and, on a first come
first serve basis, will assign you the best possible seats available. If you have a specific area in
which you would like to sit, write me back in a timely manner. I will TRY to accommodate you.
I will then email you a confirmation of your purchase with your specific seat numbers.
5 - Present this confirmation receipt at the ticket booth upon your arrival for the concert and receive
your tickets!
6 - Otherwise, please call me at 815.993.6585 to make an appointment to buy
tickets in person or you may use your VISA or Mastercard over the phone.
7. AS THE POLICY IS WITH ALL CONCERTS & TICKET Agencies, NO REFUNDS ARE ISSUED
FOR TICKETS WHETHER PURCHASED ON-LINE, IN PERSON OR VIA PHONE ORDERS.
PLEASE BE SURE OF DATES BEFORE PURCHASING. YOU MAY SELL OR GIVE YOUR
TICKETS TO ANOTHER PARTY IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO ATTEND FOR WHATEVER REASONS.
8. IF THE WATSEKA THEATRE CANCELS A SHOW YOU WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND.
9. GENERAL ADMISSION TICKETS FALL UNDER THE SAME REFUND POLICY.
UPGRADES FOR THE SAME EVENT ARE AVAILABLE, SEATING PERMITTED, FOR ALL
EVENTS.
